Hayden joined Healthy Home™ in 2014 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut, with minors in geography and environmental economics. Starting as an energy efficiency technician, he quickly advanced to Team Leader and now serves as a Healthy Home™ Expert, combining field experience with a passion for building science. He has helped improve the health, comfort, and energy efficiency of hundreds of homes in Putnam and Westchester counties. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with family and pets, attending concerts, and staying involved in the UConn acapella community.
