Matt has been with Healthy Home™ for over 12 years, splitting his time between training team members, designing heat pump systems and ensuring quality control in the field. With over 20 years in the eco-building industry, he is a certified Heat Pump System Designer (ACCA Manual D, J & S, EPA 608) and a Building Scientist (BPI, Mitsubishi M&P Installation). Starting as an energy efficiency technician in 2014, he was promoted to Team Leader in 2017 before becoming the Production Manager, and most recently Technical Field Manager. Outside of work, Matt enjoys snowboarding, listening to music, and spending time with any dog within arm’s reach.
