Responsibilities

Execution of whole-house energy efficiency improvement services, including:

Removal and application of whole-house insulation

Implementation of air sealing measures; caulking, weather stripping, etc.
Implementation of indoor air quality improvements; filtration, duct sealing, etc.
Installation of Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump systems
And more

Cohesive collaboration with a team to complete work promptly and efficiently
Interaction with homeowners when necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate should have

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and vehicle (required)

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

We are prepared to train the right candidate, no experience is necessary.
Overtime will sometimes be required, but Healthy Home Energy & Consulting is committed to respecting your personal schedule as well. We will work with you to honor your personal life so you can feel respected and valued when you’re at work.

Position requires moderate to intense physical activity, including lifting 50 pounds or more, spending time in enclosed spaces, and standing for extended periods of time.

One or more of the following preferred:

General construction or skilled trade experience
HVAC experience
Spray foam experience

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Hourly wage (commensurate with experience) & overtime when applicable
